Edge Lit Glass

Edge lit glass is one of the signature products Glass Creations has to offer. By applying LED lighting to the edge of a glass panel, you are able to illuminate the etching on the glass. No other areas of the glass illuminate, only the etching. We are able to apply this concept to almost all types of etched glass projects, including signs, awards, donor walls, sports memorabilia, custom art and much more.

Edge lighting works best on glass thicknesses of 1/4" or 3/8”. Other thicknesses can be utilized on a case by case basis. An array of light colors are available. The standard color choices are warm white, cool white, red, blue, amber and green. Other custom colors can be achieved, as well as color changing. Most of the lighting has a dimmable option and can be adjusted using touch sensors, wall plates and remote controls. All lighting is available in 12v or 24v. The average lifespan of our led lighting used in our glass displays is 8-10 years and is extremely energy efficient.
